Photography Release Contract

Every client is required to sign the photography release contract. If a client is underage, a parent or legal guardian of the client is required legally to sign the contract on their behalf. For a Couple or Group/Family photoshoot, a contract will have to be signed by all the members. Signing of the contract will be taking place after/during the consultation with client/parent of client (if underage), where more details of the photoshoot will be discussed between the photographer and the client. During these consultations, if the client is underage, the parent or legal guardian of the client is required to attend. The consultation may be done via phone call or public meetup.

Image Storage and Backup

Images will be securely stored for a specific period following the session. During this time, we will gladly provide clients with access to any images they need to retrieve. However, we strongly recommend that clients download and back up their files as soon as they receive them. After the storage period, we cannot guarantee that the images will remain available. The storage period for images will be communicated to clients.

Photoshoot Bookings

Clients may request a session via this website or by clicking here. With any questions about the policy or services not mentioned in the FAQ, contact the photographer at (980) 939-6632 via text message. Phone calls will not be answered if that number is called. We can also be contacted via Instagram for any questions. When booking a photoshoot, keep in mind that it is only considered as an inquiry until contacted. If a group photoshoot is booked, make sure days prior to the scheduled date of the photoshoot that every member of the group attends on time.

Editing/Delivery Time

Images are typically delivered within 1-2 weeks after the photoshoot. Please note that this timeframe may vary slightly during busier periods. All edits are final, and an additional retouching requests may incur an extra fee.

Rescheduling

In the case of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, outdoor sessions may be rescheduled at the photographer’s discretion. We will contact the client to discuss alternative dates and times. In these cases, installments may be eligible for refund or can be used for the rescheduled session.

Installments

The installment is non-refundable and will have to be paid during or after the consultation. For underage clients, the installment can be paid by them as long as the photographer has verbal permission from the parent or legal guardian that the photographer can accept the installment. The installment is required to be sent electronically through Apple Pay, PayPal, Venmo or Cash App to secure your spot.

Cancellations

The photoshoot will be canceled if :

  • An underage client attempts to forge a signature on the contract of parent or legal guardian 

  • The contact information filled out on the contract is invalid 

  • No installment received before photoshoot

If a photoshoot is canceled for any reason at all by the client, the installment cannot be used towards the next photoshoot and is not refundable. If the client needs to cancel the photoshoot, we will need to be notified 48-72 hours before the scheduled date of the photoshoot. There is a $15.00 last minute cancellation fee that clients are required to pay and may do so via Apple Pay, PayPal, Venmo, or Cash App. The fee applies to last minute notices only.

Late Arrivals

Please plan to arrive on time for your scheduled session to ensure we have the duration for the photoshoot. If you are part of a group session, all members are encouraged to arrive promptly, as the session will begin at the scheduled time. While we do our best to accommodate any delays, please note that extended lateness may impact the overall experience. Sessions with late arrivals of clients will require a 10% fee of the session cost. Sessions that start more than 30 minutes late may need to be rescheduled.

Refunds for Dissatisfaction

Due to the custom nature of photography, refunds are generally not provided once images have been delivered. With any concerns about final images, contact us for a solution that best fits your needs.
